About Peter

A hands-on cooking class with Chef Peter Lutz

Peter is a European-trained chef with extensive experience working in five-star hotels across Germany and Melbourne, before taking on the role of Chef de Cuisine at Wrest Point Convention Centre, Hobart. He has represented his craft in state, national, and international competitions, including Sapporo, Japan and the Culinary Olympics in Frankfurt, Germany. With a passion for teaching, Peter shares his techniques, organisation skills, and culinary tricks of the trade with warmth and enthusiasm.
